New Clients
First time to Southern Cultured Hair and not sure where to start? I believe in healthy hair and want you to have the best start to your journey. New clients or clients that have been away for more than 3 months will start here. I want to establish your new routine for your healthy hair journey the right way.
New Client Consultation
I will have a conversation about your goals, expectations, and challenges with your hair. A detailed analysis of your hair and scalp will be performed. Hair must be down and loose for a proper consultation. We recommend that all new guests start with the Spa Rejuvenation Package before receiving any other services. Consultation will be held at 1st time Spa Rejuvenation Package Service. If you are ready to commit to you journey you have the option to skip having your consultation separately.
Color Consultation
Detailed analysis of hair and scalp, color history, desired look, and a strand test. Hair must be detanageld, down, and loose for proper analysis. Please come prepared with pictures, if possible of desired color. Includes a take home Color Care Kit for preparation and after care: Malibu C ® Color Prepare, OLAPLEX ® #3, Moroccanoil® Color Complete Starter Pack. Deposit is non refundable and applies to $100 of color care products and $50 deposit for color service.
Spa Rejuvenation
All first time clients and returning guests after a 3 month or longer hiatus to ensure a clean healthy slate.* The trinity of treatments offered including Malibu C® Crystal Gel Detox, OLAPLEX® bond repair, Steam Enhanced Moroccanoil® Mask Deep Conditioning Experience. Add this to your next styling or chemical service as an upgrade.

Existing clients will be able to book the following. New clients will not be able to book the following without establishing their routine by having a new client service performed first and will be denied when booking.
