Salon Policies


🖤 Mask are optional. 

Masks are no longer required.  We will provide a disposable mask at your request. We ask that if you are no feeling well that you follow the instructions of the cancellation policy. Please be mindful this policy is subject to change as needed. 

🤍 All guests must sanitize their hands upon entering the salon. 

Safety and sanitation have always been apart of our daily operations in the salon. This is us taking extra measures to ensure everyone’s safety.
🖤 Temperature checks may be preformed upon entering the salon.

 Even though we may not feel sick, our body's first sign to a possible infection is a raised temperature above 99°F. If this is your situation, we will not render services this day and will gladly reschedule you according to our COVID Cancellation Policy (see below).

 🤍No addional guests in the salon while being serviced.

It is our goal to minimize unnecessary contact while in the salon for your safety and ours. This includes children and childcare should be arranged if you wish to be serviced. The only exception will be made when a child is being serviced and will be booked accordingly.

🖤Belongings should be kept to a minimum. 

You will be allowed 1 bag/purse at your appointment. We ask that while you are receiving services, please minimize movements and surfaces touched.

🤍 All visits to the salon will be pre-planned. 

Please make arrangements pick up online purchases of products during scheduled times. We will not be accepting walk-in visits for appointments or product purchases without prior arrangement. 

🖤Salon doors are locked at all times

Please note that we keep our doors locked at all times for he safety of our stylist and guest. The salon opens at 9am, no earlier, as we are preparing for you. 

Please wait in your vehicle prior to 9 am. At the time of your appointment, you may ring the doorbell to alert your stylist of your arrival. If your appointment is after the salon opens and you prefer to be early, please ring the doorbell and you may sit in the waiting area where drinks and snacks are available. 

🤍 Electronic payments are preferred.

Cash is accepted for services, products, or tips yet we prefer electronic payment to reduce cash handling 



Thank you for helping us do our jobs to maintain state board regulations. We value our jobs, as well as the health and safety of all involved.  

First Time Clients

All first time clients are required to start their hair care journey with

 the Spa Rejuvenation Package. No first time appointment will be 

accepted without it. When booking as a first time client you will

 be sent a new client contract and are acknowledging 

you have read, understand, and agree to all salon policies on the 

contract and outlined on southernculturedhair.com

New Clients are required to pay a $50 deposit by invoice sent

 to the email you provide when requesting an appointment 

attached to your contract if not paid upon receipt your 

appointment will be declined. The Deposit will be deducted

 from your total at time of service. The fee is transferable if 

you reschedule within last minute cancellation window of 48 hrs. 

If not your deposit will be  your last minute cancellation fee. 

Any refunds are only given less the processing fees.

Grace Period

There is a 15 minute grace period.

If you are more than 15 minutes 

late you may be asked to 

reschedule.You will be required

 to pay a late fee of $25 if your appointment is accepted after

 the grace period. I also respect your 

time as a client so you will receive

 a discount off  your service if 

you have to wait beyond 

15 minutes for service

If you are unable to make your

appointment Please Cancel 

48 hours in advance to allow that 

time to be booked by another client. 

Canceling within a 48 hour time 

frame will incur a fee of $50 fee 

due at time of cancellation with 

the card you have placed on file.
If not paid you will no longer

 be allowed to book. 

After repeated late appointments 

and cancellations you will no 

longer be allowed to book. 

COVID Cancellation Policy

If your appointment is being cancelled due to symptoms of COVID, the normal cancellation fee will be charged. Please note we will not be able to book you or accept any further appointments for at least 14 days from the diagnosis/ testing date.
